How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffener pads, and for high-value items, we offer the option to ship the disc outside the sleeve to prevent seam splits.
What is your return policy for opened records?
We accept returns on defective or warped vinyl within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that non-defective records that have been opened cannot be returned due to change of mind.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Resident Vinyl ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware of potential customs fees in your country.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before the official release date. Once the item has entered the shipping process, our standard return policy applies.
