Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Vinyl

Carefully place the record in its original mailer or a sturdy cardboard box to prevent any warping or sleeve damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects the returned vinyl, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5 business days.
